SAIT Donor Impact Report 2025

The SAIT 2025 Donor Impact Report is a cornerstone publication designed to celebrate and recognize the transformative contributions of donors to the SAIT community. More than a year-end summary, the report functions as both a storytelling tool and a stewardship piece—highlighting donor-funded student success stories, innovative research, and campus enhancements made possible through philanthropy.

Design Objective
The goal of this project was to create a visually engaging and emotionally resonant report that would not only inform but inspire continued support. The design needed to reflect SAIT’s brand identity while creating space for narrative-driven layouts, student and donor spotlights, and data visualization.

Creative Approach
Working closely with the Donor Relations Team, I developed a clean, modular layout that emphasized clarity, consistency, and flexibility across formats. By combining generous white space, bold use of SAIT’s colour palette, custom infographics, and authentic photography, the design supported long-form storytelling while visually highlighting the real impact of donor contributions on students and campus life.

Design Highlights
The design was built on a flexible grid system that worked seamlessly across both print and digital formats. Pull quotes and testimonials were used to draw attention to key messages, while thoughtful typographic contrast guided the reader through the content. Accessibility was also a priority, with alternate text and screen-reader-friendly formatting integrated into the digital version.

Impact
The 2025 Donor Impact Report was distributed to SAIT’s donor network and stakeholders, playing a key role in stewardship efforts and campaign reporting. It successfully communicated transparency, gratitude, and momentum—essential components in maintaining donor trust and engagement. The final product not only captured the voice of SAIT but also helped reinforce the tangible, student-centered outcomes that philanthropy makes possible.
